Our Services

Mowing visits are billed at $120.00/acre. Visits include mowing, trimming, and blowing off the property. Invoice fees are due upon receipt. A $10 late fee will apply after 7 days.

Trimming charges are included at the discretion of John Mows It, LLC. Basic trimming is included in each visit. Trimming that involves obstacles will incur an additional charge that will be included in your annual renewal quote.

Trimming ONLY services are billed at $50/hour with a $50 minimum and a $50 deposit. Additional invoice fees based on billed time are due upon receipt. A $10 late fee will apply after 7 days.

Leaf Collection/Removal services are billed at $50/hour with a $50 minimum and a $50 deposit. Leaves will either be mulched, bagged, or placed at the road for the city. Additional invoice fees based on billed time are due upon receipt. A $10 late fee will apply after 7 days.

Hedge Trimming services are billed per hedge/shrub depending upon size. Invoice fees are due upon receipt. A $10 late fee will apply after 7 days.

If lawn growth is more than 8 inches above the ankle a $50 per half-acre overgrowth fee will apply. Excessive obstacles will incur an additional trimming fee of $25+ as determined by John Mows It, LLC during a property assessment.
